Once I learned that the amazing and super cool super model Jourdan Dunn was launching her own collection with Missguided, I knew it would be wicked! I had read numerous interviews with the laid back beauty where she spoke out at being asked to design a collection, but told that she didn’t have to ‘physically’ be apart of the design process! (can you imagine?!)
Of course, Miss Dunn objected because as much as she was honoured to be asked by Missguided to work on an exclusive collection. It would only work if she was able to be apart of the entire process; from start to finish.
The supermodel, mother and creative director has spent time to create looks that ooze confidence and scream fierceness and independence. The London gal was determined to design hoodies, bodysuits and leggings that represented not only her personal style but that spoke volumes for the women who wear it.
The exclusive campaign was shot in conjunction with bold visuals which embodied the powerful message ‘You owe it to yourself, set the world on fire’. The beautiful image of women of diverse ethnicity’s creates a strong and influential image.
The result is a capsule collection of stylish and edgy pieces which make for definite wardrobe essentials and the obvious next step of an impending second release of this phenomenal fashion collaboration.
