There are so many herbal teas on the market that I am always spoilt for choice! For this month, I have chosen, Rooibos Herbal Tea. Rooibos is pronounced (Roy-boss) and comes from the roots and leaves from the Rooibos plant which only seems to grow in the Cedarbarg region near Cape Town, South Africa. There are various health benefits that you can gain from incorporating this tea into your daily diet. Rooibos tea has been said to relieve skin conditions, calm stomach complaints and dramatically improve circulation.

Spotlight Interview| Quick Catch up With Goldie on Theatre Debut ‘Kingston 14’
Drum and bass music pioneer Goldie, 48, grew up in Wolverhampton. Born of a Jamaican father and Scottish mother he was raised in a children’s home and with foster parents. His early artist career began as a graffiti artist and he featured in the ‘80s Afrika Bambaataa documentary Bombing.
His music career took off in the early 90s and his first studio album, Timeless in 1995, entered the UK albums chart at number seven. Since then he has appeared in several films including the James Bond movie, The World is Not Enough and the Guy Richie’s Snatch.

An upcoming EDM remix album featuring an all-star host of stars reworking Disney songs is set for release. Disney Music Entertainment confirmed the major announcement via their Instagram page that the forthcoming remix album entitled ‘DConstructed’ album will be officially released on April 22.
‘DConstructed’ contributors include Avicii, Armin van Buuren, Kaskade, BT, Mat Zo, Stonebridge, UNKLE, The Japanese Popstars, Yogi, Shy Kidx, Trion, Shinichi Osawa, Alfred Montejano and Kinsey Moore.
