I may not be a slave to fashion and I’m not one to follow the set trends however, I am a firm believer that you should have an awareness of what the seasons trends will be; then you can make your own choice as to what parts you want implement into your personal style. That’s what makes Pure London the best show to head down to during Fashion week as it gives you a full forecast of the looks that will dominate both on and off the catwalk.

Pure London is also the perfect hub to listen to the industries leading experts who deliver talks throughout the two days who provide seminars that provide rich insights into the fashion market.

I headed down to day one of the two day event and immersed myself in the hundreds of clothing and accessory brands on display. Pure plays host to one of Europe’s biggest fashion buying events and with two massive floors of established and well known brands.

Pure is one of the most organised fashion events in London, on arrival you the opportunity to print off your badge and are given an extensive guide which includes all the names and contact details of all the exhibitors over the two days.

The major highlight was the runway shows which showcased a mix of neutral shades and bold floral prints. Layering was also a repetitive trend.
