#OutandAbout| Movie Night With We Press Play

It may not be the first of its kind and without a doubt, it won’t be the last. However, sometimes you can’t re-create an experience or memory no matter how hard you try and my experience at We Press Play is one that refers to the latter.

To put it simply, ‘We Press Play’ is a open air film night where classic and modern day films are played on open roof terraces on a projector screen. What shouldn’t be so exciting really is and here are a few reasons why.

The setting: We Press Play has used a number of venues for their open air experience movie nights but more recently they have each Sunday taken residence in Broadway House based in Fulham, London. What I loved about the building on entering was that it had quite an ‘arty’ feel about it and the images of art all over the wall added to the overall feeling. The space was open plan and modern and the indoor seating and roof terraces also had nice seating and décor.

The beauty is that the yummy foods are available at any price and for any taste pretty much everywhere across the country (Unlike in days of old where only the rich could afford luxuries as chocolate and sugary treats.) And so are the numbers of people who are desperate to lose their weight, trim their bodies to the desired shape or simply obsessed with fitness fort the pure reason to be able to eat more. So they can go out with friends, have a drink or two and behave like the foodies do. Eat.
