#HealthMatters| Why Should I Floss?
After a recent bout with my health, I have made it my business to pay even more attention to how I take of my body. From top to toe, there are a number of things that we should do daily to ensure we are at our physical best. Being a sweet addict, I unfortunately have a number of fillings; which is of course something I’m not particularly happy with; however I recognise the key causes. However, one thing I have often been complimented on is how white and clean my teeth appear to be.
Of course, flossing doesn’t make your teeth whiter (I will be writing more on dental hygiene within a series of posts; so bare with me) However, flossing overall has major benefits and not only help to maintain healthier teeth and gums but also helps to get rid of stuck food in between the teeth which can cause plaque and evidently leaves the breathe smelling not as pleasant as you would like.
